Recruitment and Retention

The Recruitment and Retention Committee is responsible for researching, preparing and implementing recruiting efforts. They shall also create processes for identifying and contacting members who seem to be less involved adn work with them to restore them to active members. Further, they will prepare, maintain and implement an orientation program for new members including recruiting a mentor and involving them in greeting in cooperation with the Front Desk Committee Chair and helping them select a committee on which they will serve.
